Massage therapy offers powerful benefits—whether you’re looking to relax, recover from an injury, or restore balance. From soothing Swedish massages to deep tissue, cupping, and hot stone therapy, there’s a technique for every need. Consult a certified massage therapist to find the best option for your wellness goals.
We believe in transparency about what you receive. When you book a 60-minute massage with us, you get a full 60 minutes of hands-on massage time. Unlike some establishments that advertise 50, 80, or 110-minute sessions but deliver significantly less actual massage time, we ensure you receive every minute you pay for. We’ve found that many places may provide 5+ minutes less hands-on treatment than advertised due to consultation time, room setup, or other factors being counted toward your session. Our commitment is simple: the time you book is the massage time you receive.
Your comfort, safety, and privacy are our highest priorities. As a fully licensed massage therapy establishment operating under the strict guidelines of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), we maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice. Every session begins with a comprehensive consultation to ensure your specific needs and boundaries are respected, and all client information and health records are kept completely confidential and secure in accordance with state regulations. Our therapists are required to follow established safety protocols including proper draping procedures to protect your privacy and dignity throughout your treatment. We are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all clients regardless of age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, or any other characteristic—because everyone deserves access to therapeutic wellness services in a safe, respectful space. Your trust in our care is something we never take lightly, and we continuously uphold these standards to ensure your massage therapy experience is both healing and professionally conducted.
For complete details on our regulatory compliance and your rights as a client, please review the official TDLR guidelines: Section 117.91 – Consultation Document and Written Consent
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session time. This allows us to discuss your massage preferences, address any questions, and complete necessary paperwork so your massage can begin promptly at the scheduled time. This preparation period ensures you receive the exact amount of hands-on massage time you’ve booked. We encourage all clients to plan ahead for travel time, locating our office, potential traffic delays, and parking to ensure a smooth arrival. When appointments start on time, we can deliver the full service you’ve paid for. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we respect the schedules of all our clients.
All sessions are by appointment only either in the office or your mobile location of choice. In order to secure an appointment, you must complete a health intake form, a massage consultation form (required by the state) and pay 50% of the massage session. Our office requires 24-hour notice cancellation of appointments. Appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged 50% of the cost of treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session in order to discuss the treatment and to start on time to provide you with the full 60, 90 or 120 minute session.

Unlike traditional massages that rely on hands or tools like foam rollers, hot stone massage uses heated basalt river rocks to target specific muscle areas. These smooth stones retain heat well and help relax muscles while enhancing the therapist’s touch.
A buccal massage is an intra-oral facial massage focusing on muscles, ligaments and facial lymph from inside and outside the mouth. The massage therapist will focus on areas such as your head, neck and jaw to improve blood circulation, puffiness and releasing muscle tension like chronic headaches, clenching jaw, sinus issues ( especially TMJ) . All buccal massages are customized with hot towels, hot stones, and therapeutic oils to exactly what you want and need to relieve stress and fatigue.
